IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Own and drive theAWS Cloud Migrationprogram from the client's side. • Coordinate closely with theAWS ProServeteam and ensure consistent progress onclient-side activities. • Provide end-to-endprogram governance, reporting, stakeholder updates, and issue resolution. • Lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and escalate blockers proactively. • Interface directly with client stakeholders, internal Virtusa teams, and third-party vendors. * Required Experience: • 10+ yearsof experience inProgram/Project Management, withminimum 4+ years leading AWS Cloud Migration projectsin enterprise environments. • Deep understanding ofAWS services, cloud infrastructure, networking, and migration methodologies (e.g., rehost, replatform, refactor). • Prior experience collaborating withAWS Professional Services teams(including AWS MAP). • Strong track record working on enterprise-scalecloud transformation initiatives. • Excellent communication skills – must be able to manage C-level stakeholders confidently. • Highlytenacious, organized, and delivery focused. • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate/Professional Certification • PMP / PMI-ACP / SAFe Agile certification Job Type: Contract Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92101
