IT Project Manager IV

β’ Develops a deep understanding of the product vision, target customer segments, and long-term priorities while ensuring alignment and communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
β’ Collaborates with internal teams (engineering, marketing, sales, implementation, training, and support) to gather insights, align priorities, and ensure successful product development and launch execution.
β’ Acts as the voice of the customer, engaging with user experience and development teams to validate and refine solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
β’ Facilitates customer interactions, in partnership with user experience team, to understand their unmet needs and test concepts and solutions throughout the development process
β’ Translates business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
β’ Lead Agile development execution, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and review of completed work to ensure alignment with business goals.
β’ Leads quarterly Agile planning processes and continuously deepens subject matter expertise to drive product improvements.
β’ Develops and maintains detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features across multiple quarters.
β’ Works with project managers and other technical product managers to manage dependencies, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
β’ Manage dependencies and risks across teams, ensuring continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.
β’ Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize business value and customer impact.
β’ Facilitate customer interactions to understand pain points, conduct concept testing, and ensure solutions address real user needs.
β’ Ensure successful product delivery by reviewing completed work, validating acceptance criteria, and iterating as needed Other Duties Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications Education:
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience:
β’ Minimum 3 years in product management for software products, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS or Tax & Accounting solutions (including CPA firm experience).
β’ Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner/Technical Product Manager
β’ Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, user story creation, and iterative planning.
β’ Experience collaborating with UX and technical teams to design an refine products based on customer research (interviews, concept testing, usability testing). Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
