SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Provisioning Specialist will provide enterprise-level assistance to the organization to ensure that new Keypers receive computer equipment according to agreed SLA’s and is configured correctly with access to required business applications. The primary objective of the role is to deliver a positive on-boarding experience and ensure that new Keypers are productive on day 1. IT Provisioning Specialist will assist with revoking access for off-boarded Keypers, and all computer assets are returned. This role will ensure that accounts are created, software licensing are provided and as required to meet new hire forecasts. This role will be hands-on and must be experienced in computer staging and provisioning as well as skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware installation/configuration problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Provisions laptop and iPads for new hires and replacements
  • Manage software application access permissions.
  • Assist with license retrieval for software applications.
  • Mobile Device SIM card management
  • Creates user accounts in Active Directory
  • Install OS and configuring Mobile Devices. (use of MDM platform)
  • Maintain Inventory of equipment and shipping/receiving equipment from various offices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  • Assists with maintaining Application access specifications by Role/Function
  • Assist with logging Asset Inventory
  • Images and profiles company laptops (domain-join, application installs, etc)
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensures ONB user set up tasks are completed according to requests.
  • Assist with facilitating IT orientation and training.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Follow-up with team members to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Primarily working indoors, office environment.
  • May sit for several hours at a time.
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the Atlanta Corroborate office 30-40 hours per week

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience and/or education
  • Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Certification in Microsoft or similar technologies
  • Experience working in property management, real estate or similar industry
  • Experience working in fast pace, high-growth company
