Job Description

The main responsibility of an IT recruiter is to work with the HR departments to find skilled candidates for available IT positions. The IT recruiter oversees the entire hiring process, basing on his required technical and industry knowledge skills, to make correct hiring decisions.

Location: remote setting across Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Run an end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive experience for both the hiring manager and the candidates;
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job sites;
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, and social media;
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications;
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes;
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports;
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”.

Contribute actively and effectively as an integrated team member

  • Meet regularly with the line manager to review progress;
  • Manage issue resolution and critically escalate;
  • Work effectively with other teams, units, and departments;
  • Manage issues with clarity and ensure effective information flow and team working;
  • Support the organization's other priority activities, when necessary;
  • Act as an Omilia ambassador.

Requirements

Hard skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, experience in multicultural recruitment;
  • Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process;
  • Excellent sourcing/research skills with the ability to deep dive into searches for hard-to-fill positions;
  • Strong English communication skills, written as well as spoken, as English is one of our corporate languages, ability to negotiate with candidates;
  • Be professional in different sourcing and recruiting tools, including hunting experience with LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other programs;
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interview techniques (main focus on identifying soft skills);
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems, ability to work with Recruitment statistics and metrics;
  • Experience in using innovative methods for attracting candidates.

Soft skills:

  • Be detail-oriented, structured, self-spoken, and a doer;
  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Attention to detail, Ability to work in multitasking mode;
  • Focused on the result, having a real passion for close complex positions;
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
