IT Recruiter - City Storage Systems - Bogota

Who we are 

At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What you’ll do

• Design interview processes, structure panel interviews, and build out appropriate exercises, and briefs that assess candidate competencies against CSS job profiles.
• Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSS
• Utilize CSS tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize success
• Act as a master of scale, searching for faster, smarter, and better ways to grow our team in a cost-efficient way  
• Contribute to key project initiatives that improve the recruiting practice across the region
• Own hiring manager relationships L3-L5
• End-to-end recruiting on junior to senior roles
• Contribute to key project initiatives that improve the recruiting practice across the region

What we’re looking for

• A  minimum of four years of experience in recruiting technical profiles (Software engineers ideally) 
• An advanced level of English is required for the position as you will have constant communication with managers and coworkers in all the Americas region 
• World-class pitch, hustle resilience, and goal driven
• Experience with outbound recruiting strategies 
• Data-driven mindset 
• Excellent oral communication skills.
