This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter in India.

This role focuses on driving end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for engineering and administrative positions while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. The position requires close collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to design effective sourcing strategies and meet evolving hiring needs. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines across multiple platforms and ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure strong alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by guiding applicants through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Create, tailor, and manage job postings while maintaining consistent job description standards.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and stay updated on new sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in technical hiring or fast-paced environments.
    • Strong understanding of IT and technical roles, with the ability to assess candidate skills effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
    • Experience using recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
    • High level of integrity, ownership, and a proactive mindset.
    • Proficiency in G Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
    • Ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment.
