What you will be doing:

As a part of a collaborative team of versatile professionals focused on data and analytics engineering, you will work alongside leaders and at least one team to grow in several dimensions. You are accountable for ensuring ceremonies occur and are effective, identify and resolve impediments across the team, and manage risks and dependencies.

  • For your scrum team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the flow of value is smooth and seamless, encourage self-organization, and influence the use of DevSecOps practices and concepts.
  • You will shape the team through experimentation to increase their agile maturity.
  • You will help the team understand and apply agile principles, value propositions, and practices of Scrum.

Your Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years professional experiences in applying agile principles
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position

Additional Preferences:

  • Experience in leading scrum teams through applying agile ways of working and delivering business outcomes
  • Coding skills of any kind, ranging from web development to server-side software
  • Experience working in a highly regulated software delivery environment with red data at the core
