IT Security Business Analyst

You'll be working in the Cyber Governance team in one of our key locations such as Nashville, Zurich, Krakow or London. As part of the Cyber & Information Security Services. Responsibilities

Are you interested in Cyber Security? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?
We're looking for an Information Security Business analyst to:• Gather requirements from multiple different stakeholders from Business and Tech Services• Define functional and non-functional requirements (including technical requirements) for development, build, and deployment of CIS exception repository• Help designing high-level and low-level design documents• Proactively and constructively work on refining the risk assessment process

Skills

Must have

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience, preferably as Business Analyst• Good understanding of security risk frameworks and security industry frameworks• Wide range of knowledge on various Cyber domains in order to proactively and constructively work on refining the risk assessment process• Good understanding of Project Management methodologies and Agile concept• Team player leveraging excellent problem solving, analytical skills and leadership skills• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate complex concepts effectively to stakeholders from a range of technical backgrounds and seniorities

Nice to have

• Experience working with information and cyber security risk management frameworks and threat management frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK).• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, SANS, or equivalent would provide an advantage.• French, German or Italian language knowledge would be an advantage.
