IT Senior Business Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be part of BCG's Agile HR Tribe team and will be embedded in the Learning squad. In this role you will work alongside our Product Owner, Chapter Leads, Squad Members, functional business experts, subject matter experts, IT colleagues, and the broader organization to develop, deliver and manage the technology supporting the Learning and Development function. The team supports both day-to-day operations and transformative change solutions, working with our vendor partners Saba and EdCast.
YOU'RE GOOD AT

Collaborating remotely with global subject matter experts and technical experts to develop requirements and solutions
Consulting with functional stakeholders to keep aligned with business priorities

Problem solving, trouble shooting, and user support
Working within an Agile methodology
Creating clear and comprehensive Agile user stories to support releases of functionality
Communicating, both verbally and in writing, with all staff levels, including leadership
Excellent listening, documentation and functional stakeholder management skills

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Bachelor's degree required
7-9 years of experience Learning or HR applications, preferably experience in learning management systems or learning experience platforms (Saba strongly preferred, Edcast is a plus.)
Experience working with both third-party vendors and custom-built solutions
Experience working within Agile structure/sprints and with Agile teams and ceremonies
Experience writing Agile user stories
Experience using Jira
Experience engaging with multiple stakeholder groups to gather complex business requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues
Experience developing and executing test plans and strategies to perform system level testing (functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing)
