IT Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid)

As the IT Senior Business Analyst, you will work to understand business needs and processes and to act as a partnered liaison between the business and IT Technical teams, providing knowledge and expertise to IT, business teams, and process owners in identifying opportunities for technology and supporting prioritization.

**This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in office per week. **

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Corporate Compliance business and IT teams.
• Elicit and document business requirements, coordinating communication among business groups and IT technical teams.
• Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
• Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives.
• Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of professional experience required.
• Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
• Functional understanding of Corporate Compliance processes and systems strongly preferred.
• Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience with process mapping strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies preferred.
• Working in Azure ADO or Jira for requirements management preferred.
• UAT familiarity and writing test scripts strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing new SaaS platforms preferred.
• Power BI experience preferred.
