IT - Senior IT Engineer (on-site)

At DigitalOptometrics we are actively seeking an Senior IT Engineer, with 8+ years

experience, to join our team of highly talented professionals.

The ideal candidate is someone seeking an opportunity where Engineering Technical,

Process and Communication skills can shine in a fast-paced environment. The ability to

include responsibility for technology ranging from office location interconnectivity,

specialized Optical equipment architecture for customer site installations and support of

the production / development Azure cloud environment as part of an extended team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starting professional with solid technical and

communication skills and the drive for continuous improvement as DigitalOptometrics

continues to grow.

  o Windows Operating Systems

• Office 365 administration
• Server Backup support
• Imaging

  o PC / Server Hardware

  o Cabling / Wiring

  o Networking to include:• Serial, USB, Ethernet and Wireless connectivity

  o Website Certificate Installation and Maintenance

  o Troubleshooting / Diagnostic skills

  o Optical equipment experience a plus

• Partner with Business, Application Development, Infrastructure and Service Desk

teams

o Partner with business to determine technology and process improvement

needs regarding customer site installations

o Understand customer office environment and provide design needs for

technology standards

o Work with the DigitalOptometrics business teams to architect and design

new solutions by incorporating the latest technologies

o Provide 3 rd level support for the customer site Installation Teams

o Provide 3 rd level support for DigitalOptometrics Service Desk team
