The IT Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the areas of technical support, integration projects, environment, and application stability. The scope of work can include activities supporting RUN for Global Labeling. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking and managing the execution of releases, while also forecasting the planning and delivery of new demand, providing technical oversight of managed service teams that are aligned to Global Labeling to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels. They are responsible for assisting with the development and guidance of the junior technical team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
