Alight Solutions is seeking an individual to participate in the design, development, deployment, and support of Health Navigation applications and web properties supporting business units, with emphasis on supporting the Client Success organization.

Working from specifications and pre-established guidelines, he or she designs and builds quality solutions meeting the stated functional and technical requirements. This individual will be independently aligned and report into IT Operations, working in conjunction with other engineering teams.

What You'll Do:

• Build quality and high-performing functionality primarily with .NET Core / C# / Angular or other component-based frameworks reactJs or vuejs / SQL Server / ElasticSearch.
• Develop new functionality on existing software applications, web properties, and API applications. Additionally, enhancing online reports and dashboards.
• Participate on an energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule, working closely and directly with business constituents.
• Support the deployment of applications to Production environments.
• Provide production environment development support for applications in use by the business.

What You'll Need:

• 1 year of software development in an Agile environment
• Experience developing web solutions utilizing .Net, C#, WebAPI, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with web-based applications, API layers including RESTful services, and SQL Server database objects
• Experience with Dev tools including GitHub, TeamCity, JIRA

What We Would Like:

• AWS experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare discipline or market.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis.
