Description

As a Technical Solution Engineer you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT solutions, addressing technical escalations, and maintaining effective client communication. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a Statement of Work to facilitate implementation and optimize current IT solutions that are tailored to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring that solutions are on time and within budget
• Generate SOW as required for various hardware and software components, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality to meet the client's requirements
• Perform thorough validation of various SOW to ensure they adhere to iVenture and Industries best practices
• Create and maintain current implementation standards guide for internal teams to effectively deploy any of our approved IT solutions
• Stay informed about emerging IT products, services, and solutions by conducting continuous market research, attending relevant industry events, and training
• Cultivate strong relationships with IT solution vendors and stay updated on their offerings, pricing, and roadmaps to ensure our clients receive the best solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues, addressing escalations from the team members and work diligently to identify and resolve technical problems promptly
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and systems, recommending improvements to prevent future escalations
• Act as a mentor and resource for our Technical Consultant, Project Engineers, and Project Technician, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and sharing your expertise to support the growth of the team
• Collaborate with Client Strategy team members to understand the unique IT requirements and challenges of our clients, providing expert guidance on potential solutions
• Ensure that client issues identified during implementation of proposed SOW are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical escalations effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
• Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and network technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a rapidly changing IT environment
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
