Your Responsibilities
As an IT Sourcing Specialistyou will leverage proactive recruiting strategies to market, identify and qualify potential IT candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support current IT Recruiting Team by identifying qualified IT candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches, talent mining, referrals)
- Travel regionally to interact and communicate with potential candidates to build new relationships while facilitating existing business relationships.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintains talent pools
- Measure conversion rates and return on sourcing strategies related to successful candidate placement
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
What Skills You Need
- 3+ years of successful HR experience Talent Sourcing for IT roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of recruiting related compliance
- Effective time-management abilities

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Communications
