How Will You Make a Difference?

• Facilitate and own all workstation deployment and user support requests for the firm.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of software and hardware issues, providing on-site support as well as back-up support to all other offices.
• Manage and assist with implementation, integration, and training for any new or existing application or system rollouts.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• 2+ years of experience providing desktop support, preferably in a large professional-services environment.
• Strong knowledge of information technology at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in business or information technology, or a closely related field, technical training, or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft certification/training strongly desired.
• Windows 10, A+, and Network+ certifications.
• Ability to work in the Atlanta office 5 days per week is required - no exceptions.
