IT Specialist

Job Summary:

• Be an IT ambassador to Clients by providing and demonstrating Lockton IT core values.
• Support the Information Technology department's vision, mission, goals, and strategies.
• Work and collaborate with other department team members on overall department objectives.
• Be the first point of contact for Client Technology issues.
• Provide hands-on assistance, troubleshooting, and installing PC and network hardware and software components.
• Moves, adds, and changes to desktop and network equipment.
• Assists end users in operation of computers, peripheral and software applications.
• Provide Cloud Technology and mobility support for Clients.
• User and account administration in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Document incoming requests and route tickets to appropriate Information Technology Technician when required.
• Make decisions that align with established corporate and department standards.
• Good organizational skills in prioritizing workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines.
• Assists in developing short-term and long-range objectives and strategies.
• Be on the afterhours on-call rotation as needed.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Ability to interact well with associates at all levels within the company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Minimum three years training and experience in computer hardware and software related areas with emphasis on workstations, networking, client/server, problem analysis, and diagnostic techniques.
• Strong task management, time management, initiative, and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft applications for Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10.
• Experience with Citrix Desktop and Office 365 support including One Note, MS Team and Sharepoint.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Intune MDM, iOS and Android devices.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
