Job Description

Experian's Digital Workplace Team are responsible for all aspects of end-user computing at Experian, looking after everything from desktops and service desk through to Unified Communications and conferencing.

The IT Specialist works as part of a team responsible for Global Service delivery of password manager, email, collaboration and productivity tools, endpoint management, and mobility services to Experian's workforce.

This is a remote UK based position reporting to the IT Manager for the Digital Workplace team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Management for 1Password, global password manager tool
  • Advanced configuration, design, management and administration of 1Password, Microsoft Azure, Intune, Jamf and Office 365
  • Implement enterprise solutions across multiple Microsoft/Apple/Android device management platforms and Microsoft O365
  • Observe ITIL standards and processes
  • Incident resolution, Problem & Change Management
  • Support production systems (including on-call cover where required)

Qualifications

Experience of the following technologies is required

  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online)
  • Device Management and Administration, systems such as Microsoft Intune and Apple Jamf
  • Microsoft Azure

The following skills

  • Proficient troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Experience with performance, capacity planning and tuning of Microsoft operating systems
  • Strong Automation skills & mindset
  • Collaboration with security and network leadership to ensure that services dependencies, performance and stability are met
  • Building strong business relations with colleagues within the business to promote Digital Workplace
  • Build a network of support contacts around global Experian to improve technology services provided within scope
