IT Specialist (3 month Contract to start) - 3 days / week

The Opportunity 

We’re seeking a contract IT Specialist to join our Toronto team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our development team and interact with employees across various departments to provide technical support and ensure seamless operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and configure MacBook laptops for new hires.
• Assist with day-to-day IT support, including managing IT tickets and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborate with the development team, tech directors, and employees across the company to resolve hardware and software problems.
• Provide both in-person and remote IT support as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records of IT systems and hardware inventory.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, with a strong focus on MacBook systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in the office 3 days per week.
