The Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Services Specialist who will support the computer hardware and software needs for a group of employees located around the world. In this role, you will maintain IT infrastructure and provide general help desk support including A/V and IT asset management.

This is a 90 day temporary role with the potential to join full time after the 90 day period.

This role is based in Honduras but you will work remotely.
What you’ll do:

  • Provide IT support for both hardware and software issues.
  • Support the office network, zoom rooms, desk setups, etc.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Provision, configure, manage and support IT infrastructure (OKTA, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM for MacOS and Windows, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Zoom).
  • Assist in managing procurement, deployment, management, and decommissioning of company assets.
  • Configure and deploy security and productivity solutions such as anti-malware, VOIP, Microsoft office.
  • Create knowledge base articles for the end-user and IT team.
  • Develop, maintain, and support IT and security policies/procedures.

What we expect from you:

  • Computer literacy in various applications, including Google, Slack, OKTA, Zoom, Jira.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to instruct, direct, guise, and share information with technical and non-technical associates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
