About the role
We are looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our IT department in TLV
At HiBob we're building the exceptional in all that we do - in this role you'll be the go-to Bobber for IT in Israel and Globally, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our IT experience for our Bobbers is exceptional.
Job Requirements
You'll be great for this role if you...

  • Can demonstrate 2-3 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk / System Admin in a SaaS organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installations, administration, and Tier 1, 2 troubleshooting, can diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong familiarity with macOS, Windows 10, 11 - Must.
  • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, particularly JAMF - Advantage.
  • Experienced admin of saas platforms as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zendesk, Office 365 and more - Advantage
  • Are self-motivated and self-directed - you'll take a task and run with it through to completion
  • Exceptional service oriented - our Bobbers are our customers - and we care about ensuring their IT experience is seamless.
  • You're proactive and you always look for ways to improve how things work
  • You are comfortable with a sense of ownership. In this role you'll be the IT representative on the ground in London but also own remote sites and their needs.
