Summary
This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity, Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent will be responsible for the organization's enterprise Information Technology goals and objectives, metrics methods and concepts used in developing policies and plans, capital planning process and in evaluating the accomplishing Information Technology goals and objectives.

Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Works with cloud solutions providers to development and maintain cloud hosted solutions (HR focus).
- Applies IT software principle and methods sufficient to participate in the design development, testing and implementation of new or modified application software.
- Participates in defining requirements for a project and establishing scalable architectures (Agile methodologists such as Scrum a plus).
- Communicates with managers and personnel at other Agencies on user requirements and potential modifications of application systems.
- Provides system support to users.
- Provides mission support data pulls and analysis (SQL a plus).
In addition to meeting qualifications, your application package must reflect the applicable experience to meet the Individual Occupational Requirements for the 2210, series as listed below:
Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

- Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
- Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

This position is a Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) Information Assurance Managerial (1AM) II position as described in the DOD 8570.01-M. Employee must satisfactorily complete the appropriate training and earn the required certification for this position as outlined in DoD 8570.0 I-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, dated December 19, 2005 (incorporating Change 3, 24 January 2012) within 6 months of hire date.
