Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Position is within the Army Deputy Chief of Staff G-8, Program Analysis & Evaluation Directorate, with focus on cloud computing, data, cyber security, and other initiatives.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification, or the incumbent must be able to obtain certification within six (6) months of appointment in accordance with DoDD 8140.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE- 450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08). Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually.
- Secret Clearance required.
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing Enterprise Architecture artifacts for compliance and completeness to ensure EA continues to reflect mission needs; resolving unusually complex problems associated with, major cyber security initiatives to include solution design, implementation, and sustainment; evaluating IT and application operational and resource requirements; providing technical guidance in application of existing and emerging technologies and methodologies.
Education
