Qualifications

You may qualify at the NH-03 broadband level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
  • Lead and implement projects and assignments independently, including, but not limited to the planning, development, implementation, and oversight of the Agency's Records Management Program. OR
  • Develop and implement local policies and practices that align with the Department of Defense, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), and other federal mandates. Promptly respond to all data calls, RFIs, audits, and assessments requesting information regarding the maturity, processes, and status of the MDA Records Management Program. OR
  • Advise Senior MDA/IC and Agency leadership on federal Records Management compliance requirements. Develop, implement, and oversee the daily operations of the Records Program ensuring adherence with all federal mandates. OR
  • Develop methodology, policies, practices and procedures that will continue to mature the MDA Records Management Program. Integrate automation that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the program by optimizing the collection of records from Agency core and enterprise tools while leveraging new and emerging technology to meet Agency requirements.

  4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.

Education

Additional information

This position may be eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.

8570.01-M. Selectee must acquire continuing education requirements IAW the governing body for their certification. Certification
must be maintained as long as the employee remains in the position.
