Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provides IT analysis, business analysis, design, development, integration, documentation, and implementation support.
  • Works with technical teams across delivery partners to ensure optimal principals and methods to address issues and problems in technical areas and discover automated solutions.
  • Prepares technical reports and documentation, presentations and briefings.
  • Coordinate innovation studies with focus on continually generating and testing ideas and technology while ensuring alignment with all relevant strategies.
  • Leverage and explore solutions from internal and external partnerships to enhance and modernize Digital Identity solutions and advance the vision for secure taxpayer services.
  • Provide recommendations on digital identity management technologies for inclusion of new and emerging capabilities and solutions into the digital identity ecosystem solution.
  • Provide recommendations, guidance, reviews, briefings, and feedback for Engineering level documents such as Vision, Scope and Architecture (VSA), Simplified Design Specification Report (SDSR), and Interface Control Documents (ICD).
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations for design requirements.
  • Translate high level business requirements and technical capabilities into solution engineering requirements and Agile user stories.
  • Support team in identifying architectural decision points and potential technical implementation paths.

Education and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience, preferably within the Federal government contracting environment.
  • US Citizenship/Green Card holder (GC atleast 3+ Years)
  • MBI Clearance is highly preferred.
