IT Support

Key responsibilities:

• Install, configure, deploy and maintain PC hardware, MS operating systems and software.
• Provide phone, e-mail/instant messaging and hands-on support to associates and on other sites if required. Maintain records of incidents and request in ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents with computer systems, including hardware and software, messaging, network, printers, telephony, peripheral equipment and accessories; make repair and correction where necessary.
• Work with infrastructure support teams and external contactors to install, configure and deploy servers, network hardware and other infrastructure equipment. Provide hands-on support when required.
• Maintain asset inventory of computers, infrastructure equipment, communication lines, applications, etc.
• Provide support for O365 platform (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, etc.).
• Participate on local, regional and global projects and process improvement activities, occasionally leading them.
• Provide support for global and local applications, participate on application deployment, testing and validation.
• Act as a relationship manager between local business representatives and IT organization, translates business needs into IT project offerings.
• Follow corporate IT standards and help develop site specific policies and standards as needed, including creating relevant quality documentation.
• Responsible for local backup of server data.
• Assist with formulating of IT budget, plan IT expenses throughout the year and coordinate procurement of IT hardware and accessories.
• Vendor and contract management.
• Create reports of local IT activities, projects and Key Performance Indicators and present them to both local leadership and management of IT organization.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Min. 5-year experience in onsite IT support in an enterprise
• Experience in IT Ticketing system is a must
• Server and networking experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must
