IT Support Analyst

Love troubleshooting? Learning new technologies and improving existing ones? This is the job for you. As an IT Support Analyst you will have the opportunity to use your broad IT experience to guide a rapidly growing company into a very bright future.

Your customer is every employee at VTS, and you are willing to go above and beyond for them. In this role you will be the primary IT support for a brand new, first class office space filled with new and exciting office technology. 

Every day you will provide great customer service and partner with other technical and non-technical teams to continuously improve the onboarding and offboarding experience. 
You will also work with enterprise support tools including Zendesk, Jamf, Ninja, Okta, Okta Workflows, Jumpcloud and Productiv, as well as advanced management of Mac and Windows systems. 

To thrive in this role you should have a passion for identifying areas of improvement and the initiative to make things right and be able to deliver top notch support! You should be someone who wants to do more than just help desk and knows that automation is the key to success in a growing environment. On our team we have a significant investment in onboarding automation and are looking to continue to grow and mature these processes (Jamf, Ninja, Okta SSO, Okta Workflows, Bettercloud, Zapier). We value initiative and a bias to action, and as a team we value training and education, both for us as individuals and for the employees who are our customers.
