Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen, one of the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, to jointly develop and commercialize ciltacabtagene autolecuel (cilta-cel) in 2017. Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Legend Biotech is seeking IT Support Analyst (Contract) as part of the US IT team based in Somerset, NJ. 

Role Overview

This is Raritan Site Support Position, who will support legend employee that are at Raritan. Making all Legend device and onsite IT service issue to be addressed.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Providing IT support for users in remote and the assigned sites.
  • Managing IT BAU Tasks.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Following-up on client questions and problems (hardware and software) until resolved.
  • Documenting issues and resolutions, producing reports when required
  • Providing administrative support for IT systems, including user role and access permissions
  • Improving and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Interacting with external service providers for additional support
  • Contributing to testing and system quality compliance.
  • Following corporate policies and procedures.
  • And other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Interact with business users, IT and external service providers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of information technology, computer science, engineering or science is required
  • At least 1 years IT onsite support experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life science industries
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, iOS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems based on guidelines and experience.
  • Strong quality and customer service mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
  • Knowledge of system and network administration, cloud based applications is a plus.
  • Experience in Office 365, Excel macro, Linux and/or Windows Shell scripting is a plus.
