IT Support Analyst / Project Lead
Summary
This role is responsible to work with the SoCo/PS TECH leadership/staff and various TO teams in the Project Lead role for various PS TECH Roadmap projects encompassing the PS TECH Infrastructure, Workplace Support and Application Support teams. This project leadership role is expected to last 12-18 months when the role is expected to transition to a TO Analyst role within the SPC/PS TECH team.

Summary

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience OR 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree (Industry certifications encouraged).
- Professional Skills - strong interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
- SoCo TO knowledge - strong understanding of the SoCo TO team and the roles / responsibilities / practices of the various teams.
- Infrastructure skills - strong understanding of Data Networks / MS O365 / Azure AD / AD / SCCM / Compute / Storage / etc.
- Workplace Support skills - strong understanding of IT Helpdesk practices, technologies and End User Support practices.
- System / Application support and administration skills - strong understanding of system implementation, deployment, administration and support of off the shelf systems.
- Cybersecurity skills - strong understanding of Cybersecurity domain, practices and tools.
- Professional -
- Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement - ability to design / build / manage TECH systems in a highly effective manner and identify / implement opportunities to maximize utility of TECH systems.
- Innovative - ability to identify new opportunities to leverage technology in a way that impacts business drivers in a meaningful way.
- Project Leadership - ability to lead high levels of collaboration with SoCo / PS TECH and Business Partners to drive project execution resulting in successful project deliverables.
- Organization / Prioritization - ability to organize work of self / team and set priorities.
- Technical -
- Infrastructure Operations - strong understanding of compute, storage, networking, remote access, software delivery and management practices of infrastructure operations.
- Workplace Support - strong understanding of IT Helpdesk / End User Support roles / technologies / management practices.
- Systems Management - strong understanding of application systems management / end user collaboration with off the shelf / integrated systems.
- Cybersecurity - strong understanding of Cybersecurity practices and SoCos implementations of those practices.
- Other - post PS TECH Roadmap project work
- Role within the SPC/PS TECH team; focus will be in SPC Plant and Corp Tech team roles of IT Analyst Plant Support OR Application Analyst role (Maximo).
