IT Support Engineer

• Own processes around hardware procurement, organize inventory management & distribution of technical/hardware assets
• Work closely with head of people and executive assistant to ensure smooth onboarding process and productive work environment for all employees - remote and in-office
• Own an active directory, user creation, key card/access control system, password reset and administration.
• Manage all inbound support requests (ie: hardware maintenance, updating servers/workstations, daily problem resolution) while developing trusting relationships with all levels of personnel.
•  Prioritize recurring issues over one time failures and communicate fixes/changesAdminister, maintain & optimize the use of Saturn’s SaaS tools, accounts application and integrations (ie: Greenhouse w/ Gmail).
• Build & maintain digital infrastructure functionality (conference rooms) and a knowledge base of support articles for self-service support
• Partner with the EA in establishing policies and procedures for managing people, devices, and infrastructure security in Vanta. 
• Work to design and implement technology training across the organizationWork to identify potential issues and work across teams to implement solutions using tools like Zapier, OnePassword, or API calls.
• Review and evaluate computers for hardware and software upgradesStandardize method for managing All Hands meetings with complex AV needs to support  hybrid remote/on-site delivery

Desired Qualifications: 

• You have experience managing macOS, iOS, and Windows devices for remote employees
• Familiarity with building out policies with MDM tools (we use Apple Business Essentials)
• Experience with multi-camera systems & desktops, integrated with mic/sound systems, Presenter/Operator laptop configuration, AppleTV/projectors, Sound/mic systems
• Office 365 (inc. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Linear) IT and Network Security, Vanta, Notion, Zapier, AWS
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to determine future IT needs and train end-users.
• Experience with centrally managed as well as automated packaging, deploying, updating, patching, revoking, and blocking of applications on Apple end-user devices
• Associate's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support of PC, networks and servers preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of personal computer and peripherals
