We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team!

Preferred location: St. Charles, MO

What you'll do at Elekta:

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for on-site technology queries & issues, supporting users across both software and hardware technologies. As part of the global it team you will need to work closely with both onsite and remote it colleagues. Aside from resolving technology issues, you will also be involved in technology projects and should proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the support of end users with current and new technology needs. You will also manage the allocation and disposal of hardware and software assets to ensure maximum cost efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

• You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for on-site technology queries & issues

• Supporting users across both software and hardware technologies

• Involvement in technical projects

• Working closely with onsite and remote IT colleagues

• Resolving technology issues, identifying opportunities for improvement & supporting end users with current and new technology needs

• Managing stock of IT kit and peripherals, working with 3rd parties to securely dispose or end of life equipment

QUALIFICATIONS -

• You are a born problem solver! You love to work on technical issues and enjoy fault resolution

• You have experience working in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Help Desk type role, where you have proven experience supporting end users

• You have experience and are comfortable troubleshooting the Microsoft OS and Apple Mac OS

• Familiar with Active Directory

• You have experience working with M365/O365 products. Ideally, experience in supporting users across SharePoint & Teams

• Experience with Mobile Device Management including setup and support

• You have a good understanding of basic Networking concepts

• You have experience with hardware support, including PC, Laptops, Tablets, Phones, Printers & Video Conferencing kit

• Proficient in the use of ServiceNow
