Job Description

• Facilitate firewall installation, maintenance and management (switch & router)
• Manage network/MPLS/VPN connections, monitor traffic and trouble shoot
• Provide remote IT support ((MIS- MS AD, O365, emails, Internet, IP phones, Printers, data archive, user training and communication)
• Manage Enterprise AD and MS Office 365 licenses including emails backup
• Oversee data storage and capacity; websites and domains
• Manage IT equipment such as laptops, cellphones, printers and etc. Make purchases, install hardware and software and maintain company IT equipment

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of working experiences in IT support.

· Experience with network management, sever maintenance, and security.

· Experience within Antivirus and internet filtering control.

· Must have reliable transportation - may have to travel to other sites.

· Must have good communication and customer service skills.
