Position Summary
SHEIN Global Security and Risk Management (GSRM) is a global security organization that oversees security infrastructure, risk management, data privacy, business fraud, governance, and regulatory compliance across SHEIN's global footprint. It is composed of a team of security professionals, innovators and thought leaders that have had decades of global security experience, led large scale transformations, and served in Fortune 500 executive roles.
We're looking for an full-time IT Support Engineer I to join our team in our Los Angeles-based corporate office. You'll be working with a team to support our internal team of professionals with the tools they need to deliver customer success. Job Responsibilities
  • Solve problems and provide scalable solutions to our desktop users Mac & Windows
  • Track issues through the Service-Now Service Management queue and ensure prompt resolution
  • Manage hardware and software inventory
  • Onboard new users: provision laptops, phones, and necessary accounts
  • Assist in the administration of cloud-based applications, MSO365
  • Perform recommended upgrades and patches to operating systems, applications, and equipment by Intune or manually
  • Follow-up with internal staff/customers
  • Provide feedback/Report on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
  • Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
  • Suggest improvements on technologies and procedures
  • Office Conference rooms maintenance

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with IT support in an enterprise environment
  • Strong experience providing Windows& Mac OS /PC support for in enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Management solutions (Intune), task managers, and similar tools
  • Network troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent Verbal and written Communications skills
  • Direct knowledge of and experience with macOS and Microsoft Windows applications and operating systems; and configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing software and hardware in an enterprise IT environment
  • Basic knowledge of printer troubleshooting
  • Ability to document and track issues in the enterprise ticketing system
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and last-minute/ over time projects

Pay
$101,400.00 min - $166,800.00 max annually. Bonus offered.
