IT Support - II Level Senior Specialist

What you’ll do:

• You will diagnose and resolve second-level technical issues related to the operation of the portal and mobile app;

• You will work with developers to identify root causes;

• You will manage support requests via ticketing systems, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner;

• You will identify and independently resolve technical problems reported by users, analyzing logs and working closely with developers for more complex resolutions.

Who you are:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Informatic or a related field;

• You have excellent knowledge of operating systems, web browsers and web technologies;

• You have experience troubleshooting database and API issues;

• You have a strong aptitude for problem solving, ability to analyze complex situations and find creative solutions;

• You have ability to work in a team and collaborate with developers and other team members;

• You have a good command of the Italian language;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferably, you also have:

• Previous experience in this role;

• Knowledge in mobile app (Android or IOs);
