What you’ll do:

• Knowledge of remote connection programs such as "putty";

• Previous experience in Level II support of at least 6 months / 1 year;

• Provide technical support;

• Basic knowledge of SQL;

• Structured networking knowledge.

• Bachelor degree in Informatic;

• Good command italian language;

• Predisposition to problem solving;
