IT Support Specialist

Job Description

• IT equipment installation, configuration, repairs and maintenance;
• Dealer PC and Server software installation, trouble shooting and maintenance;
• Low voltage network installation and patching;
• Stream configuration;
• Game equipment maintenance and repairs;
• Video and other electrical equipment installation, configuration, repairs and maintenance;
• Prepare and provide required reports, provide needed information to MCR and other departments;
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to the tasks within the team and which meet the qualifications;
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

Qualifications

• Secondary (higher, special etc.) education;
• At least in A2 (Basic user) level of English knowledge;
• General computer knowledge;
• High sense of responsibility;
• The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks;
• The ability to work in a team.

• Trusted work resources and items;
• For the compliance and accuracy of the provided information;
• For the compliance of actions to internal regulations and instructions;
• For other activities related to person safety.

Rights

• Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and to secure necessary resources for execution of job responsibilities and tasks.
• Provide the manager proposals for work improvement.
