IT Support Specialist

Job Summary: The IT Support Specialist position provides individual an opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment while developing well-rounded competencies in ISN’s Corporate IT infrastructure, products, and services. As a member of ISN’s Corporate IT Team, the IT Support Specialist is responsible for administering and maintaining Corporate IT infrastructure, including desktop support, network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining Corporate IT infrastructure, including desktop support, network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
• Advanced computer hardware knowledge troubleshooting and resolution
• Advanced experience troubleshooting Windows 11 Operating Systems
• Proficiency with remote-desktop support applications 
• A+, MCSE, AZ-900, and MS-900 certification a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of user management in Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of user management in Microsoft Entra Admin Center
• Working knowledge of networking architecture and experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues
• Basic experience troubleshooting iOS and Android mobile devices
• Basic knowledge in virtual environment configuration and management

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer workstations and hardware
• Assist with troubleshooting software issues for end users
• Support of production printer setup and communication
• Troubleshoot and provide support for A/V issues in conference rooms and shared spaces
• Manage inventory of software licenses, hardware, and other IT supplies
• Promote responsible usage and care of corporate equipment
• Manage incoming requests and respond to employee reported issues via Corporate IT ticketing system D
• Develop and maintain Corporate IT knowledgebase content

• The position requires full time onsite presence from M-F
