We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to play a pivotal role for our IT department. This individual will sit onsite at either our Columbus, Ohio or  New York, NY office and provide support for our portfolio companies and retail organization.  This position will report to our Techincal Support Manager and their responsibilities are listed below. This role will be on a Wednesday through Sunday shift, with Monday and Tuesday off. 

• Support of workstations and software packages, resolving any issues occurring for the end user.
• Testing and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, network and other hardware devices
• Providing guidance to 1000+ end-users and ensuring the complete resolution of incidents
• Working with the IT team towards the completion of new projects and the implementation of new systems.
• Ability to work alone or with other team members to complete both day to day work and occasional project work.
• Identifying and creating best practice helpdesk, call center, and technology support methodologies
• Will be participating in On-call rotation that may include some weekends
• Provide basic day to day retail support for all technologies within the store

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience with IT support in an enterprise environment
• Strong experience providing support in both a Mac and Windows/PC environment.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD.
• Network troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Dynamic 365 Commerce/POS experience a plus
• Proficient at working in a ticket queue following the ITIL framwork

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, MCO includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This accounts for the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $25 to $28 per hour.
