Bugcrowd is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible and accountable for the smooth operation of our enterprise IT systems for a worldwide workforce. You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Bugcrowd’s computing needs.
A successful candidate will have experience building enterprise IT from a startup stage to a large company. With a proven professional history and a detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service desk requests and tickets.
- Manage the enterprise IT systems and connected networks.
- Enhance user onboarding/offboarding by automating the provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts into cloud systems.
- Provision computers, services and software for user onboardings.
- Identify uplift in existing systems, or new systems which can assist in user experience and smoother processes of the enterprise IT team.
- Document existing and new systems to standardize processes & procedures, and update documentation when regularly.
- Consider the security of all systems, networks and data, and liaise with the security team when required.
- Track all computer assets, and perform regular audits.
- Collaborate with other internal departments for specific projects, as work on enterprise wide projects.
Requirements
- Proven work experience with IT in a startup or growing organization
- Excellent fault diagnosis and resolution skills.
- Experience with helpdesk support, managing remote users, network administration, managing user devices and working with cloud services.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with the team. Must have strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Systems: Apple Macbooks, Linux, Okta, GSuite, Cloud SaaS applications, MDM (Workspace ONE).
- Apple MacOS support and troubleshooting experience are a must.
- 3+ years experience in an IT support role.
- Ability to work outside of the normal office hours when required. (We are a worldwide company, with users located all over the world)
- Have a good sense of humor, enjoy working with users and fellow team members to help solve problems and enhance the Bugcrowd user experience.
