Fluidraās looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join the team at our West Coast office in Carlsbad, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEĀ
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving help desk inquiries, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a customer-oriented problem solver with a solid understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask. Additionally, you will:Ā

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to help desk inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Perform system and network administration tasks, including user account management, security monitoring, and backup and recovery procedures.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Fluidra North America's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and equipment upgrades.
- Provide application support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SolidWorks software.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Train end-users on the proper use of hardware, software, and IT systems.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.

WHAT WE SEEK
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar role.
- 2+ years of IT Operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience in providing application support (SolidWorks, Adobe, Loftware, ProofHQ, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
