Job Description
Responsibilities Include:Â
- Server room maintenance and administration (including backups)Â
- Automation & Innovation (including PowerShell)Â
- Procurement, Asset management, and InventoryÂ
- Audio/visual equipment maintenance and troubleshootingÂ
- Telecom administration and maintenanceÂ
- Administration of Expeditors Proprietary ApplicationsÂ
- Administration of 3rd Party SystemsÂ
- Capacity utilization and planningÂ
- Helpdesk administrationÂ
- TrainingÂ
- Disaster recovery & high availabilityÂ
- CybersecurityÂ
Qualifications
Desired Technical Experience:Â
- Windows PC troubleshooting, maintenance, and deploymentÂ
- Printers/copiersÂ
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN), Including warehouse RF setup and configurationÂ
- Windows Server Administration (including AD and Group policies)Â
- Linux Server Administration (fundamentals)Â
- VirtualizationÂ
- Remote administrationÂ
- Mobile devices (iOS/Android)Â
- CybersecurityÂ
Education and Experience:Â
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
- IT Certifications considered a plus: CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Linux
- Preferred IT helpdesk backgroundÂ
