Requirements

  • This position is for someone living in EST Time Zone
  • Responds to phone, e-mail and personnel requests for technical support and provides 1st - level support on company devices and software used with-in the organization.
  • Prepare company devices for new hires.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding sessions.
  • Re-install or upgrade company devices.
  • Maintains IT asset tracking system.
  • Provide support for remote offices and users.
  • Supports video conference units.
  • Other assignment.

Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server /Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/Server 2016).
  • Experience supporting Apple Mac devices.
  • An understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
  • Azure or on prem Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.
  • Familiarity with SSO environments using Microsoft, Okta or other identity providers a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects varying length.
  • Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
  • Must be a team player.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.

Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
