The Role:

As an IT Support Specialist (Level 1), you'll be our tech trailblazer, ensuring smooth IT operations for our warehouse team, retail store, and field office in Mansfield, TX. Think of yourself as the bridge between technology and our dedicated staff, ensuring they have the tools and support to keep our store running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, diagnose, and resolve IT issues across a variety of platforms (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS).
• Manage and update our inventory of company assets – from PCs and Macs to Honeywell Android scanners and iPads.
• Champion our onsite WMS system and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Maintain a secure IT environment by addressing antivirus, malware, and other potential threats.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Senior System Administrator, escalating issues when necessary.
• Document all tasks and problems efficiently for easy future reference.
• Drive the creation of end-user materials and FAQs.
• Handle flexible shifts, including weekends, with potential after-hours for special projects.

What You Bring to the Campsite:

• A solid understanding of computer hardware, including Android mobile devices and printers.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory, Windows 10/11, MS Office365, Antivirus software (BitDefender), and internet browsers.
• A knack for troubleshooting wired/wireless network issues.
• An understanding of basic hand tools and DIY fixes.
• Great interpersonal skills – because communication isn’t just for walkie-talkies.
• Ability to travel to Mansfield, TX when required (minimal).
• Capability to operate a scissor lift.
• Work Schedule: 40 hours weekly, with flexibility during weekdays. Weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) is a must.
