POSITION:
PI Is in search of an IT Support Specialist to help with our day to day IT and SecOps (Info-Sec) Operations and help in supporting our fellow Pioneers in getting resolutions to their incidents and requests.
Are you passionate about IT and Helping your teammates/clients/end users be the most productive people they can be? With a central focus on IT support here at PI and Minor focus on Security (both online and enterprise), you could be the right candidate for this very special opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 yrs of IT/Customer Support experience, is excited to learn about cybersecurity, and enjoy learning hands on for this opportunity here in Westwood MA.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Inventory Management and Asset provisioning - laptops, peripherals, various other IT related equipment.
- Shipping and Receiving responsibilities for Materials, cataloging, and organizing supply areas.
- Account creations and permissions management across various platforms (Google/Microsoft/Adobe etc)
- Supporting our knowledge portal and ticketing systems (Jira/Asana) for Incidents and Requests, escalating as needed.
- A/V Support (projectors, zoom accounts/rooms and set up for large company events.
- Parsing PHISHING and Security reports for potential threats being reported by our Pioneers.
- Assist in triaging of Security Operations alerts, investigations, and security incidents.
- Support general security and compliance projects (e.g., ISO 27001 audits and security questionnaires, as needed.
SHOULD YOU APPLY?

- A strong familiarity with IT/AV related systems and hardware
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jumpcloud/Active Directory experience is a plus!
- Resourcefulness to provide workarounds when needed, and resolutions to problems whenever possible
- Ability to be on site at HQ (In Westwood, MA) at least 2x per week
