Job description
The onsite position reports to our IT Manager, supports our onsite and offsite employees, and maintains hardware and software, including Apple Products, Windows PCs, servers, networking equipment, and computer-driven manufacturing equipment.
Work performed

1. Performs setup of new hire user accounts and deactivations.
2. Provides end-user support onsite for remote employees.
3. Installs, troubleshoots and maintains new IT equipment, including Mac/PC/Chromebook devices and peripheral devices related to factory infrastructure.
4. Records, updates, and escalates requests using the Asana task system.
5. Assists with the installation and maintenance of computer-driven manufacturing equipment.
6. Other duties as requested to support our manufacturing and remote departments.

Requirements

1. Associate's degree in information systems and/or IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, and Google) in information systems or equivalent work background.
2. 3-5 Years of IT experience.
3. Strong understanding of computer support methodologies and troubleshooting.
4. Strong experience with VMWare, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server products.
5. Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wired and Wireless networking.
6. Experience with Google Workspace and supporting SaaS-based software applications.
7. Experience with computer-driven manufacturing equipment

Compensation

1. $22+/hr, based on experience
