IT Support Technician

• Handle the Acceptance, Imaging, and Deployment or shipping of user IT equipment (Laptops, Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, etc.)
• Execute support for new and existing employees both onsite and remotely
• Serve as tier 1 and 2 contact points for IT issues
• Maintain Inventory of IT equipment for users on-site
• Manage and handle tickets within IT ticketing system as well as communication platform(s)
• Perform on site maintenance of IT equipment including network equipment, security cameras, and smartboards

• Understanding of core services, primarily delivered though SaaS and cloud infrastructure. (Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Okta) 
• Experience working with both Mac and Windows endpoint operating systems, ideally in a fleet managed environment (InTune, JAMF/Kandji)
• Understanding and ability in inventory management

• Installation and setup of limited physical infrastructure - Switches, APs
• Experience with basic network devices including switches routers and firewalls
• Supporting customers in a remote-first organization (troubleshooting without hands-on ability)
