Who we are

Brivity VA a brand of PLACE is looking for a self-starting IT Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for users in need of technical assistance. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT support principles exceptional problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.

What is expected of you

• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware software and applications problems.

• Resolve user-reported issues using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.

• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.

• Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to colleague. supplier or partner organizations as required.

• Manage user set-up and deployment for hardware/software for Windows and Mac computers.

• Administer and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace ensuring seamless access and operation for all users.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all user queries issues and technical procedures.

• Administration of Okta for secure identity management.

• Manage HubSpot settings and configurations to support sales and marketing activities.

What you need to possess

• Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or other customer support role in an IT environment.

• Strong understanding of computer systems (Windows and Mac) mobile devices and other tech products.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace including Gmail Drive Docs Sheets and Meet.

• Knowledge of basic firewall and network operations including troubleshooting connectivity issues.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills capable of effectively communicating technical information to non-technical users.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues concurrently.

• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to work the 9AM-6PM Pacific Monday-Friday schedule.

How you can join the team

Our selection and assessment process is not for the faint of heart. It is tedious but just. It takes some time but it is absolutely worth it as it sets you up for success from Day 1.

Step 1: Career Consultation | In this step you meet with our career consultants for about 30-45 minutes to discuss the job opportunities in our organization relative to the ones you are looking for. We also make sure that you have the right technology to carry out the job from the comfort of your home.

Step 2: Brivity Bootcamp | In this step we equip you with information about our platform Brivity and assess your ability to apply this knowledge in a simulated real estate environment. The entire bootcamp runs for two weeks with screen-in assessment at the end of every week. As you will be supporting our platform users it is imperative that you pass all the assessments required during this step.

Step 3: Client Match | While in Brivity Bootcamp you will be given the opportunity to meet with potential clients. During this time you are empowered to assess each job opportunity we present to you. Our intention is to get you matched to a client the soonest time possible!

Salary: Average of Php32000 per month up to Php50000 per month depending on skills and years of experience
