Owns:

• Branch Infrastructure and technology 
• Adherence to Company’s policies and procedures as they relate to IT 
• Branch cybersecurity & access control 
• Asset Management & Procurement as it pertains to IT assets
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Infrastructure and Technology

 Teaches:

• Branch staff on policies and procedures around security and protecting our IT assets 

Creates and/or Implements:

• Technology changes to drive efficiency with the IT staff and user group.
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability plan for systems 
• IT budget and procurement
• Technology Solutions
