Job Summary:

We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and frontend users troubleshooting for our business. The position will also need to plan for upgrades, updates, and maintenance tasks for end users.

The IT System Administrator is the primary technical contact for our employees and insures that service delivery aligns with Supermicro's standards. This individual will have an in-depth knowledge of the IT environment, and business requirements, with the desired goal of reducing the amount of reactive support required. Customer satisfaction and fast resolution time are the primary objectives of the IT Engineer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Interact with other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
• Manage Windows AD, GPO configuration, User provisioning & de-provisioning
• Assist local and global teams to configure and support Microsoft Endpoint (include Windows, Mac, Linux) Configuration Management (Intune)
• Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts
• Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT related fields (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc.) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Windows AD administrations
• 3+ years of relevant Microsoft Azure & Office 365 Administrator Experience
• Strong knowledge of various cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, & SaaS)
• Familiar with Encryption methodologies (Bit locker, files & mails levels)
• Proven experience on Exchange 2019 hybrid administration (Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot)
• Day-to-day Operation issues, Service Requests, and Project tasks related to Microsoft Teams Phones, meeting equipment
• Experience with GPO config, software/patch deployment
• Experience with EPM or PAM solution is a plus
• Experience with Tanium solutions is a plus
• Conduct proof of concept (POC) and implement the design in our client's production environments.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint administration
• Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management and ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users
• Patient and professional demeanor, Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds like computers, printers, monitors, and peripherals
