Guild is hiring for an IT Systems Admin, HR Applications to lead our HRIS administration as well as continually optimize Guild’s HR technology landscape. This position resides in the Business Application group within the Business Technology organization and will require close alignment with our HR organization to lead operational functions of ADP. This role will own the configuration and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, establish integrations with other business applications, lead testing and data validation and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives. The preferred candidate has experience with HR systems, both from a system infrastructure and end-user standpoint, and demonstrates the learning agility to expand that knowledge to new systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, project management, maintenance, testing, and training of enhancements in ADP and other HR Technology solutions. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Financial Applications. We are looking for an administrator to build productive relationships with the HR team, IT, and key business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system and reporting requirements that improve business processes.We need someone who asks “why” and helps support strong technical decision-making at Guild. 

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $95,000-$125,000, as well as company stock options and variable compensation.

As the HRIS Administrator, you will:

  • Provide technical leadership and process expertise to People team and business collaborators
  • In partnership with People group (HR), responsible for HR Systems implementations, updates, and enhancements including data integration with upstream and downstream systems
  • Design, configure, and test ADP functionality, system upgrades, integrations, and business processes, with a proven focus on efficiency, data privacy, and user experience
  • Be the point of contact for day to day administrative support and provide troubleshooting and guidance to HR users
  • Manage existing and implement new third-party integrations with other business applications to accurately transfer data between multiple systems.
  • Building and maintaining API’s within ADP
  • Regularly perform data integrity audits and validation and follow up with appropriate steps for corrections if necessary
  • Lead and/or participate in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies
  • Analyze data flow, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase quality and efficiency
  • Implement ITGC’s (IT general controls) and adhere to change management policies for all system changes
  • Maintain application roadmap, implement system enhancements - new features, functionality, or new modules
  • Work closely with teams such as IT, Finance, Payroll and various business groups to build and monitor data interfaces, build and maintain custom reports
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Substantial knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes, and their integration with technology
  • Proficiency in HRIS administration and data analytics with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
  • Demonstrates influence and the ability to drive change
  • Commitment to quality and ability to think critically and proactively
  • 4+ years of experience working with HR information systems 
  • 2+ years leading HRIS administration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication/documentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, multitasking abilities, and a high level of attention-to-detail in a fast-paced environment
